Jonny Muir is a singer-songwriter from south east London. His cover of “Your Young Voice,” which features in Netflix’s Sex Education – and became a fan-favourite track of season three – marked his debut single showcasing his soothing lyricism and signature folk-inflected ukulele style. Influenced by 1970s folk-rock and the styles of George Harrison and Simon & Garfunkel, Muir combines his ethereal vocals and moving storytelling to deliver his own rendition of melodic folk. Muir released his debut EP Portia in 2021, produced by Oli Julian. Muir’s second EP Mimic in the Breeze was released October 2025, produced by Lucas Mendes. A third EP is due for release spring/summer 2026
